Hello, I have read many posts that are similar to my Windows Live Mail problem but not the same and have been dumbfounded for over a month on how to fix my error.  The first error is:  Error parsing  C:/Windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727/config/machine.config   Parser returned error 0xC00CE508   then I click "OK"  (FYI-the slashes are in the opposite direction)  The second message is lengthy and I have 3 options- Abort, Retry or Ignore.  When I click on Retry I get a 3rd message saying "No registered JIT debugger was specified.  Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.  Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request."  I click on Retry and nothing happens.  I am able to read my emails but can't create, respond or forward emails.  When I close out Windows live and open it again, I get the same errors each time.  I am using Windows 10.  Thank you for reading and helping me in advance!
