Please help - I can log into Hotmail fine but it won't let me 'reply', 'reply all' or 'forward' to ANY emails!  I am stuck as I need to be able to reply to my messages but can't - it doesn't even do it's 'thinking' thing - just stares back at me blankly!
Even more frustrating because I have two Hotmail a/cs and the other one works fine - the only thing that looks a little different in my primary one is that the little messaging icon at the top (speech box with a smiley face on the side) is permanently blue - with the secondary a/c, when I open an email this icon turns white - not sure if the two are linked but it would almost make sense...  If it is this, how do I turn my messaging icon on in my primary a/c?
Any help or advice greatly appreciated!
