Hi Team,

I am unable to recover my Microsoft accounts, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I am not able to use a reset code as both the accounts are mapped to each other for sending out reset codes. Since both the accounts are locked down, I am not able to see reset mails. I had followed the questionnaire multiple times for each of these accounts and I keep getting the mail that the information provided is not sufficient. I can hardly remember the content and I really wish I can give something for those questions, but in vain. 

Please help reset either of these accounts as I am unable to get some data out of them. I also want to map one of these to my Win 8, now I am not able to download anything from the store as I do not have an Microsoft account.
