PLEASE HELP ME GET MY EMAIL ACCOUNT BACK!!! This is pathetic. It has been MONTHS now and still no help from Microsoft - just a contact email and then no follow up when I say that I have already done what they are suggesting. I have tried every avenue and still nothing. Give me back my email or at least the contents of the account.
