I have windows 10 and I have just had a big windows 10 update and it has caused a lot of problems, live mail 2012 will not connect to internet and keeps coming up with

Server Response: -ERR inactivity timeout

Protocol: POP3

Port: 110

Secure(SSL): No

Also it took ages to get my internet connection back so I could go on line, it caused problems to my wireless connection and also to my  AVG antivirus and I had to reset my windows firewall.
