Hey All.

I am unable to receive email for 1 of my email accounts in Windows Live Mail.

I get the following error message: "0x800CCC13"

Checking Windows Live Mail Error Messages this is what it says it means "IXP_E_SOCKET_WRITE_ERROR    Unable to read Winsock reply"

Additional Information:

-I've got 3 email accounts setup on Windows Live Mail on the same device.

-All accounts are with the same ISP using the same internet connection.

-All 3 of the accounts have identical settings apart from the logon details.

-The other 2 accounts both send and receive emails without fail.

-The problematic email account has last received mail on the 12/12/2015 which is just over half a month ago.

-The same email account can send mail without any issues.

-OS: Windows 10 (by means of free online upgrade from previous version of Windows)

-Email Application: Windows Live Mail

-Error Message: "0x800CCC13" : "IXP_E_SOCKET_WRITE_ERROR    Unable to read Winsock reply"
