Original title: how to contact support

Recently I've been getting 'emails' but not... with attachments which I think could be viruses. I cannot delete them from my mail because I get the error:  'An unknown error has evolved'..  which means what?

How do I delete this 'emails'...

here is a jpeg of what they look like, the 'highlighted one is only one of them...  but everything below with an attachment it's the same error... please help...  Thanks
