my daughter has this email and is able to send emails but she is unable to receive them? we have tried all sorts of things to fix this but not working.

She originally started this email account off of her ipod touch  using Hotmail but when she logs in to it from her home computer it goes to outlook express and she does not receive any of her emails.   when she first opened this email account she was getting emails but now shes not.  please help us fix this as soon as possible as this is  email is used for her work..  another problem is if an email does come through it goes to my other daughters iphone.   what a complete mess.     so we need your HELP.
