OT: Windows Live.

I can not receive emails all of a sudden and my service provider says it is a Microsoft Windows Live issue.  Interestingly enough I can send emails fine.  The error message I get is as follows:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Sbcglobal (chris.carroll) account. An unknown error has occurred.

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80004005
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes

Any ideas as to what the error ID is and means and how to fix?
