I use windows live mail 2011,  My service provider is Comcast.  Today, I cannot receive any e-mails thru live mail. on my PC (desktop).    I'm getting my email ok thru my cell phone and going onto Comcast I'm also able to see my e-mails today.

Comcast says they cannot help me with the problem and that I have to contact Microsoft.

What are my next steps to access my e-mail thru Live mail 2011
