I had been using just Comcast for email for years and I decided to switch to gmail.  I have advised all, or almost all my contacts, of this change and they are all using my gmail address.  However, all my messages for gmail are still appearing on both Windows Live and gmail.

How do I prevent this doubling up?

I would prefer just stopping Windows Live completely.  Is it possible to do that? (Should I simply uninstall Windows Live and, if so, how do I do that?)
