Original Title: Cannot clean install WLM on Windows 8.1 - Help!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Live Mail three times now. Each time, it reinstalls, attempts to open, and gives an error message that "Sorry, something unexpected happened..." and WLM starts "not responding" and has to be closed. There is no error code.

I recently wiped out my computer and reinstalled everything, and the information that is in there is from the backups that I imported, so I'm not worried about losing my information. I just need to wipe WLM COMPLETELY OFF MY COMPUTER and reinstall it.

I did a FRESH install of WLM and when I ran it the first time, it STILL gives me the error message. HOW CAN I COMPLETELY DELETE WINDOWS LIVE MAIL FROM MY SYSTEM AND START OVER??????

Note: I have also attempted to "repair" the installation. That does nothing either. I have gone through and deleted ALL of the registry keys related to Windows Live Mail. That didn't work.
