Method 2: I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you regarding the repairing of the Windows Live Mail 2012.

1. Right click on Start button, select programs and Features.
2. Search for Windows Live Mail 2012. select Uninstall/Change.
3. Select Repair and follow the steps and check if it helps you.

I did Method 2 and we got through 100 percent and then it said "No internet connection" which I had on the computer.
