I downloaded all of Essentials 2012 and still get an error message saying a file is offline when I try to open Photo Gallery. I have Windows 8.1, and I also am seriously missing Office's Picture Manager (365 is not worth it without PM, but I already paid for a year). 

Any suggestions as to what I need to do to get Photo Gallery to open?
