Original Title : HELPPPPPPPPPPP ! I NEED HELP ASAP !

Hi I've download windows essential 2012 and for some reason it wont open. I tried un-installung it then re-install it but it still wont work so I used the troubleshoot but it still wont work so I tried reporting it but it says incompatible application so I updated my windows but after I done all of this it still wouldn't work. By the way I have Windows 7 and I've already used windows essential 2012 before using this laptop but I went to get it fixed because it has been affected by virus so I had to install it again because they deleted all my softwares. What can I do i've tried everything I can but still wont work
