When I purchased my new computer it came with Windows 8.  I did not like the movie maker which came as part of this so, with the help of the forum, I downloaded Movie Maker 6.00 and have been using it successfully for the past two years.  Not only do I deal with my own photos and video clips but those for my friend who has a digital camera but no computer.  Earlier this year I made two projects on her behalf and was awaiting her O.K. before completing and turning them into avi.  In the meantime I have made various other films for myself.  My problem is that her projects have disappeared from the listing on the Movie Maker.  They are still on my computer but when I click on them, the computer opens them using the Windows 8 software with a warning that they are not compatible.  Could somebody please explain to me how I can tell the computer to open the projects in Movie Maker 6.00 instead.
