I have a windows 7 computer and I use IE 11 it came with if I remember correctly IE8 and then 9 and then 10 all the updates went fine, windows appears to work fine all updates installed, but here is the issue and this is not a new problem but am finally fed up with it as a problem.

I will get an email from any company (any company) today case in pint was from (PCWorld) and I will open the email ( and I use outlook 2010) and I will a click on a link it works fine I will read it close it and go back to the email and decide to look at a second link and this is where everything stops. When I try to open this second link IE will open and you get the spinning wheel on the tab and it will fault and then come up with a ( fix connection page) I can click on "fix connection" button and the following ok buttons and at the end of it going through it work it come back with ( IE is working fine, Computer is work fine, the location you are trying to reach is not responding to any requests try again later) and what later means in my case is over 1 hour, so most times I will just delete the email or wait until the next day, but this is getting to be a big pain.

Now what have I done, I have restored windows ( no change) I have restored/reset IE with no fix, I have replaced my cable modem and my Ethernet card, No fix, I have run all the fix, clean, update, that windows, ccleaner, Comcast offer and no fix. So here I am with the same issue and yes my patience has run out, so I hope someone out there in the internet world has some helpful incites as to what this issue is and how to go about repairing it.
