Since hotmail has been changed to outlook i am unable to open mails from a particular sender i.e. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and these mails mostly contains attachments. Whenever i try to open up these mails it shows an error i.e. Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. I have tried opening the same on other computer and different browsers but the position is same. I have been using hotmail account for really long time and i like it and just for this simple reason i dont want to switch to any other mail provider. These mails are really important to me and i would be really obliged if someone would be able to help.
