A couple of weeks ago I had to create a new user account on my PC, which meant that I lost all of my Windows Live Mail (WLM) log-in information.  I have been happily using WLM for the last 2 years, but now it will not allow me to log in.

I have also tried using Outlook, and have the same problem.  It will not accept my password.  I am able to log into Outlook.com, but cannot access my email through WLM.

I keep getting the following screen coming up repeatedly
