Since downloading the latest version of I.E. last night, I have been unable to open any email new or old. Would that be an I.E. problem or an Outlook problem? Tried to do a system restore but it "encountered a problem" and could not restore to an earlier time. Anyone have any ideas for me? Will try to do a system restore again to an earlier date to see if that will help. 

EDIT: Did have one email in the junk folder & was able to empty it.
