I very recently started having a problem opening e-mails from one account; whether I group the messages by conversation or by date, whenever I click on the e-mails from this one particular sender nothing happens except an error message at the top of the page
reading "Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. | Network status". When I click Network Status, it says the page cannot be displayed because the connection was reset while the page was loading.
I have tried a different browser and a different computer, and I have tried clearing the browser cache, none of which has helped. The odd thing is I was fine opening e-mails until earlier today, and it only happens with this one sender. What should I do?
