Hello Microsoft support.

I have just installed the outlook.com app on a HTC one  and a galaxy not 8.0 (N5110), both andriod.

The app runs fine on the HTC Phone, but i am not able to logon on the galaxy note. I am 100% sure that I have used the correct credentials.

I have tried to reinstall the app, but still no difference.

Please tell me how to fix this issue.
