When My pc trys to sign me in to hotmail windows live messenger what ever its called now  the Icon in the desk tray has a red cross  and a pop up box says there is a new vershion of windows live and to contuniue I must up grade now  If i click no it justs puts me back to sign in ,and starts the the whole thing again if I press yes it says downloading  then a pop[ up box says a early vershion of this did not install complete you must restart your PC to complete this and closes all boxs.

 I restart my PC and Ha ho right back to ????        there is a new vershion of windows live and to contuniue I must up grade now 

I can if i google hotmail sign in and get my Mail , But I do not get any notice of any mail i have  so mail can remain unchecked  as there is nothing to say YOU HAVE MAIL please any help
