I would greatly, greatly appreciate it if this could be answered ASAP.

To be concise, I was fiddling around with my Program Files earlier to see if I could move them from my SSD to my HDD - I did, but in the process WMM got lost somewhere. There are no shortcuts and it isn't on the PC. Now, presuming I deleted it, I proceed to download wlsetup-web (having deleted all the other Windows Live applications for a fresh install) and it insists I still have all of them installed. I've scoured my PC for the last hour, and the search has been fruitless. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could give me any advice on the matter, as I need to use it urgently. I have located my Windows Live file, and deleted it (several times over). I've tried uninstalling through the cmd prompt, and so far nothing has worked.
