I had trial version of windows movie maker and every time it used to show the pop up as buy option, So I thought it would be advanced version and on 20 Nov- 2016 I bought the paid version. Immediately I got an email providing licence and other details. The new version was not working fine so on the same day, I requested for refund. I got an email stating that REFUND ISSUED, but till now i have not got my refund. Also now no one is responding my emails. Hi Daniel,

I have not seen any difference in free version and paid version. And the biggest problem is that now after taking paid version my videos which I'm saving for you tube , are saving as rotated 180 degrees.I have tried 3 -4 times and its saving videos rotated one.I have even uninstalled movie maker and again reinstalled, but problem is the same. Initially in free version I have saved few videos nicely but after that it started saving videos shaky one, so I opted paid version.I have Windows 10 OS in my laptop.please either resolve this or pls refund because the purpose for which I have taken paid version that only is not happening.
