In order to create a new primary alias instead of my existing hotmail.com alias I was forced to first remove my hotmail.com alias as my primary alias, create a new alias and add back my hotmail.com alias as a secondary alias. 

But once I removed my hotmail.com alias all my valuable emails and settings were permanently deleted. 

Even worse, I am not able to add my hotmail.com alias as a secondary alias. 

I tried Microsoft account recovery but it denies existence of any such accounts. Also I also tried creating a new account and it won't let me.

I have lost my emails and my email id. Please help me recover my emails and hotmail.com alias.
