Hi All, coming to you as I've exhausted all my ways of trying to sort this out - which is very few. Not had a problem with my windows Live mail until yesterday afternoon - Receiving emails Ok but when I tried to forward or send on an email I got  Microsoft Net Framework message - Unhandled exception has occurred in your application - then Quit or Continue options followed by Customised cultures cannot be passed by LCID only by name. I copied the full details of the error message which I saved on a word doc if its needed - this ends with references to configuring the JIT debugging process.  I've tried the repair option on Windows Live Essentials 2011 but it cuts off during the process saying the internet has been lost - which it hasn't. I've also run Malwarebytes Anti-malware which I have on my laptop - no results. also Running Norton and no problem there either. Can anyone help with a solution or talk me through what I need to do.
