when I go to forward an email from a friend to another that has an image, I get a box that says 

 why? When I forward the picture does not show. just a X in a small box. Very maddening! Went into options/safety options/security/download images... and UN checked the box for Block images..... apply. restarted my email and still didn't work.

On my PC, running 7 pro.
