Hi,  I have a laptop that has been upgraded to 8.1.  Trying to enable family safety on the web always indicates that the site is unavailable - error message " Sorry, the service isn't available right now. Please try again later.".  I am the parent and can login and control family safety on the website for other PCs in the house. 

Please note that Family Safety is enabled for the user in question, but can only be controlled on the PC, and does not report back any stats through the FS site.

Any help would be appreciated.
