I'm unable to edit photos in some folders using Photo Gallery (2012, Build 16.4.3528.331).  I used to be able to open and edit any photo, in any folder, on any drive, using Photo Gallery.  Now, when I open photos in some folders with Photo Gallery, the photo displays, but when I click on the "Edit, organize, or share" button on the top left, the photo does go into the edit screen.  Photo Gallery ends up in a different folder.  The folder library on the left side of the Photo Gallery screen only lists some of my photo folders.  When I try to include the missing folders, it doesn't work.  How do I get these missing folders back into the Photo Gallery library?
