I understand this could help me with a  new memory card from lexar. I took photos and tried to view themand could not open them with anything... photo gallery, photo viewer, photoshop.   I tried the download and got an unspecified error message.  My download was from your essentials site.  I tried to format the card after placing them on my desktop. Lost the originals on the card and tried to replace the photos from the desktop to the card and got the message that the camera cannot read the reformat.

What do you recommend?
