I recently purchased a Toshiba satellite laptop. It came with windows 8, but I immediately did the upgrade to windows 10. I am trying to access an Office 365 exchange account through the mail app. When it asks for the email and password I click continue and the next screen only has a "#" symbol in it and nothing else. It will not connect.

I then tried going to the website (hosted through GoDaddy) and I get the same thing in my browser. I can log in fine from my Windows 7 laptop.
