Background: using LiveMail on Windows 8.1 and IE 11 with POP3 accounts (NO Live Mail account). Windows user account profile became corrupted, so I had to create new Windows user account and import all accounts, folders from old message store.

LiveMail downloads all new messages from my various POP3 accounts OK. I can read the new messages and also all my old message folders OK. However I can NOT compose a new message, or Reply to or Forward any message. Whenever I try that then LiveMail just 'hangs', until eventually it may give a 'Not Responging' message and then close. It gives no other sort of error message at all.

From reading other threads, I have checked that there is NO message stuck in the Outbox. I have reviewed the Internet Options settings and adjusted as directed. No luck.  I have uninstalled LiveMail and then re-installed it twice now, but that makes no difference.

Getting desperate!!
