Original Title: Can't download mail and if I delete an email, it repopulates?

Can anyone help? For the last two days I'm having trouble downloading and deleting emails from my hotmail account. If I delete an email, it repopulates. Periodically when checking for new email I get this message: cannot get mail-the connection to the server failed?
