I'm using Windows Movie Maker 2012 and I'm wanting to soften the volume of a music track. However, the volume of the track does not change when I move the volume slider either to the left or right (it DOES mute when I slide it all the way to the left). It remains constant. What might be the cause of this? Thank you for your help!
