I have been trying unsuccessfully to authorize my son's live account.  Every attempt results in a payment error 'We can't authorize the payment method...'  I have tried multiple computers.  I do see pre-authorization charges hitting my card after every attempt.   When I attempt to access the billing section of my live account I get the following error:

I really need to authorize his account so he can use his WP8.
