I am not able to access or reset my Windows live e-mail. I have been trying intermittently for the last several months. I no longer have asses to the 'recovery' email account I used I originally set up the account as I have since graduated from the university. I have tried multiple times to fill out the form to receive a link to reset my password. Apparently, I am not including enough information or the information I am providing is incorrect. (It maybe as simple as accidentally hitting the wrong number in my birth date.) I have called Microsoft support and they are not able to help with a resolution that will give me access to my  e-mail account. (Even though I can provide identifying information.)
