Unable to approve my child's use of a Microsoft account so she can access all the features on her new laptop. The credit card 'pay 50cents' verification process errors out despite everything we try to do. I tried setting up a brand new adult account to see if there were other issues and got response that I exceeded the number of attempts to set up a new email account. What gives?
