I am unable to agree to updated terms of use.  Every time I try, the website logs me out of my account. 
I have not used my account for a while.  However, in the past, my account was attached to my brother's account.  May be this has something to do with this issue. 
In any event, I am trying access my account so I can sign up for Xbox Live.
