have had no problem adding contacts for years now trying to add a contact gives me "the contact information could not be saved, check the contact information and try again" this is a new problem just recently. can not add any contact any way I try it. Livemail displays my gmail, Hotmail, outlook accounts and this problem exists in all accounts.
