Hi please help

I have been using windows live 2012 account on a laptop, which is broken now and trying to sign into my account on another computer.

but I more than one windows live account and when I sign in to the works account, I can get my emails for my own account, but I can get my contacts for the works account but  no folders or emails and there is a lot of work stuff including important information I need to get to very quickly.

please help
