I had 2 hotmail accounts linked. I used one password to log into both accounts. It made it so  easy, and I never had any issues in 11 1/2 years. Then at the end of July, 2013 my one hot mail account was gone. I filled out the form several times to get it back, and every time, I was told I did not provide enough information. I called Microsoft, and was told that phone support will not work on hotmail accounts. I was told to post on the public forums. I did this a few days ago. My thread has now been locked, and I was directed to an area, where the the same form that I already filled out was. I filled it out again. I was told on July 27th, 2013 that I had been given final notification, and my account was gone. I never had any issues until this happened. My daughter has lost years of her life via photos, because of this. We are very upset, and nothing is being done, just the same old process, which isn't working. I even had a phone number set up on the account, so I would not get shut out. I need some real help, not just fill out the same form, which doesn't get me anywhere.
