Hi,

I'm working with "Windows 7".

I have "Windows Essentials 2012" in my programs folder, but I'm not able to see it or the "Windows Photo Gallery", which I understand to be part of  "Window Essentials," in my "start up menu" list of programs.

When I type either one into the start up search window of my computer nothing comes up in the list for programs even though "Windows Essentials" is

in the "Programs and Features" section of my hard drive.

I do have a "Windows Scan and Fax" program in the Start up menu, but I would rather have the "Windows Photo Gallery" window since it allows me to crop my photos before I scan them into my hard drive and" Windows Scan and Fax" doesn't have this option.

Anyone else have this problem ?

Jo
