My name is Jose M. Trejo S.

I have been a hotmail customer for many years now and this is the first time I actually have problems to access my account.

I believe it all started when I tried to access my account from another computer. After that i was asked to reset my password or to be sent a code over the phone to access my account.

Im not im my home country ( Venezuela ). Im crrently visiting my son in Canada. We tried the text code option but my son never gets any message at all. Then, we tried to reset my password account option which sends me a link to my alternative email.

Once i open my alternative email i see a link that was sent by hotmail and it says to click in order to reset the password. Thats when things go wrong, because when i click the link takes me to a page that says "currently out of service, try again later". I have been trying for 3 days now and nothing.

I really need access to my account, like i said. im visiting my son in Canada and need access to my email so i can actually print some info from the airline reservation.

Id really appreciate you help in this matter.
