It has been a few months now. I have been unable to access my hotmaio account. For no particular reason I was unable to access my account. I was asked to verify my account. Upon doing this I was sent a link to an alternative account.i clickes on this link however it did not work and aaid it didnt exist. I have completed the form several times now and upon giving same responses it says that my answers were incorrect. Im at a loss as to what I should do next. I have had my account for over ten years and have very important documents etc on there and need to obtain my email addresa back. Please help.
