When I log into my account to access the billing section it takes me to another window and states my computer is not recognized and I have no other choices to change it. My phone number is listed and I have to wait 30 days to remove my computer name. Why don't I have other choices and why is my phone number listed. I had to call customer service to update my charge card. They said they never heard of this problem before and I should state my problem here.  Please help.  Thank You.  William Worth
