My problem is that I cannot access my Hotmail account from ANY browser.  When I get to a login page and put in my correct email and password (I have changed my password to confirm) I am redirected to

https://bay168.mail.live.com/default.aspx?rru=inbox

The page then reads: 

bay168.mail.live.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

This is happening in ie, chrome and edge on my home network and over cell. 

I am able to send/receive using mail apps on both windows 10 and android.

I have cleared cache/browsing his any assistance appreciated!!
