I am going mad... I have been unable to access my outlook e-mails for the last 12 hours -        

 Every time I try to get onto my email account I get a screen showing the problem below. I have tested the status and everything is working correctly. I have also reset my password, but that hasn't worked either. I have cleared my history, my cache etc Please help!!

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment

If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.
 
There is no one available to help and I urgently need to access my e-mails.
HELP!!!
