I have a hosted domain, using domains.live.com, I have other accounts working fine.
My son has an account, which was working for ages, but after a password reset we didn't consider the ipod / andoroid devices that where using the account keep re-trying to access and thus blocked the account.
We can't logon to the account.
We where able to using the single code sign on for a while, but I played with adding the two factor auth in a bid to get better access, but not we have really lost all access.
Now if I try to use the single code option, we have two mobiles assigned to the account, if I put either number in the code never gets sent, I am unsure which was the "primary" number. But neither get a code anyhow, so we lost this method to access it.
If I follow the Can't access your account? feature I try each option.....
Email me a reset link, I have access the address it's being sent to, I get the reset link and proceed.
It give me the option to set a new password, which I do and click next, then I get "There's a temporary problem"
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.

I have two mobiles connected,
I can send the codes to both and continue the but same failure.
We have an authenicator app on his BlackBerry, again same failure.
So other options :-
I can't use any of these options. Feature to allow a automated account access by filling in a questionnaire
First name / Surname / DOB / County / Constituent / postal code / Mother birthplace - Are all correct answers
Other passwords you've used for this account, Hmm I have no idea as we don't know the password (Don't think it was ever changed, we changed once and then we have this mess)
Email info
He didn't really send any emails from the account, so can't answer most of these questions, if he did send any emails it's been so long to know as we have been going round in circles for ages without a method of support.
Billing info
I do not believe there was a credit card added to the account, I have used the xbox family pack, 4 accounts under my account, thus it seems to think a number should be present, but I don't think one was for the kids accounts....
So each time I submit I get a auto response say no
So I come to this forum to understand what other options I have
How can I verify he is the owner to somebody and not a automated system ?
Or do I remove the account in domains.live.com and re-create, thus losing all his email and risking that it will not allow the same name account to be setup again within a timeframe that would be unknown.
The aim of this account was the primary account for all his banking and private stuff.
