Two very important folders disappeared with many important emails

Hello I was moving a few folders to be more accessible they moved just fine but the next day were no longer anywhere to be found.

These are business emails and are very important. I just checked the forum and apparently this is an outlook glitch. Could you please tell me

how to retrieve my information.

This is not good, how can people use this for business if they can't trust their information to be safe.
